Tristan Mayglothling
Tristan is currently Head of Rowing at Dulwich College, London and a full-time coach leading programmes for a range of students. Previously he has coached internationally for Great Britain and Denmark alongside national performance roles for Great Britain and Australia. He has particular interests in the coach-athlete relationship, culture in elite sport, and ethical coaching in performance sport programmes.
Tristan studied for a BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching and an MSc in Professional Practice in Sports Coaching from the University of Gloucestershire. In October 2019 he started a PhD at University of Essex studying Sport and Exercise Psychology with a particular research interest in Ethics of Sports Coaching in Elite Environments.
