A little bit about our Founder - Mandy Frost
I am a British Showjumping UKCC Level 4 coach, recently completed MSc Professional Practice in Sports Coaching.
Having previously produced horses from novice to international level I now focus on coaching both youths and adults, looking to nurture, motivate, challenge and inspire riders to achieve their potential.
Since starting my coaching career I have been awarded British Showjumping Coach of the Year, also being selected for the Excel Talent Coaching Programme and the Youth Coaching Programme.
Coaching and Showjumping are my passion, they make me who I am; motivated, driven and dedicated to empower and improve both horse and rider.

A little bit about our Co-Founder - Nicky Fuller
My professional focus is as a learning and development professional with 25 years experience of designing, developing and facilitating learning and mentoring programmes.
Having worked with coaches across a number of sports and over several decades, I am continually curious to find more effective ways to serve coaches in their desire to improve. I like to integrate contemporary thinking and research into everyday practice, helping coaches to make sense of what they do and why they do it!
Based in the UK, I frequently work with national governing bodies of sport to help develop solutions to learning problems here and overseas.
Nicky holds a MPhil postgraduate degree and an advanced certificate in Adult Learning and Assessment. She is a former International netball player and now coaches junior players at club level.
