What does it mean to be a high performing coach?
The inaugural Connected Coaches conference will explore the topic of ‘what it means to be a high performing coach’. We will pick the brains of coaches from within and beyond equestrian sports and hear their take on what it means to function highly as a coach with whoever they work with.
You will hear from a range of coaches reflecting on what they believe are high performing characteristics for all coaches. There will be a great mix of short, punchy sessions laden with thoughts and ideas to mull over and consider for your own coaching. From presentations to practical coaching sessions, to on the couch with… the conference will have a line-up that will spark thinking and create ideas.
The conference will be hosted by the fabulous Adam Cromarty who will provide seamless links between our specialist presenters.
